04/02/2012- After the release of 8-bay N8900, Thecus has made a step further by offering and improved performance NAS for the most demanding users. USB 3.0, HDMI output, and 10Gb Ethernet are only some of its characteristics. Russian tech website Foxnetwork reviewed the N8900 recently and loved its performance and features. As a result of their long and thorough review, they concluded the following: “We are very satisfied with the Thecus N8900 we have just tested. This is the fastest 8-bay NAS we have ever seen before. SATA and SAS support makes this device an even more interesting solution for corporate use.”
In the end Foxnetwork stressed several advantages which make the N8900 special. Those are high data access speeds, possibility to install additional networkcards (including10GE), SATA and SAS support, multiple modules etc.
