02/06/2012- The now famous Thecus® N4200PRO continues to receive great reviews from influential tech magazines and websites. Russian iXBT reviewed the device and loved it for its great performance and unique functions!
Since iXBT has already taken a look at the N4200PRO's predecessor, N4200, it had an opportunity to compare the two devices: “The new device is different from its predecessor because it is based on a faster processor and a newer type of RAM. Thecus kept some unique features from before — its multifunctional display with access to settings and, expansion slots, and built-in backup battery. All this differentiated N4200PRO from its competitors.”
Besides commenting on hardware, iXBT also gave a thorough conclusion of its software: “As for software, Thecus has several interesting peculiarities: it supports several file systems for disk volumes, has in-built backup system, supports external module installation capability, ISO and iSCSI mounting, and IP Sharing regime when working with two networks.”
iXBT also said that N4200PRO demonstrates high level of performance while its retail price is significantly lower than competing models.
