Features and Hardware
The N2810PRO is a feature-rich NAS that has extensive software applications and a powerful processor to easily cover all daily storage demands. It is powered by Intel’s N3160 1.6GHz Quad Core CPU. The N3160 features a turbo frequency of 2.08 GHz and is capable of 4K video transcoding which can be enjoyed on a variety of devices through its HDMI, SPDIF and DisplayPort connectivity. It comes configured with 4GB DDR3 RAM that can be expanded to up to 8GB. The powerful hardware also makes it perfectly equipped for multitasking requirements – e.g. in SME environments and the media industry.
Thecus OS 7.0
The N2810PRO runs on the latest ThecusOS 7.0, which provides easy navigation through its intuitive user interface. It features a large number of apps, a point especially stressed by the editors at Chip.
