10/07/2015 - MrThaiBox123 has taken charge in the IT Vlogger community, churning out amazing video reviews of the latest and greatest Tech gadgets and systems on the market today. The Thecus N5810PRO, a 5-bay NAS with a built-in mini-UPS, was an ideal product for the latest video from the YouTube phenom.
Setting up shop
With a highly intuitive, well-mapped GUI, the N5810PRO enables users to seamlessly customize their NAS to suit their needs. “Configuring the Thecus NAS is very simple providing great flexibility. From the GUI, you can set up all your user accounts, raid configuration, files shares, link aggregation; anything you would ever want to do can all be done from here very simply and very easily and also accessible from anywhere.”
Built for data integrity
As the only NAS with a UPS power supply built in to it, the N5810PRO bring something truly unique to the table. “What this means is that you have a very low risk of data corruption whatsoever cause you're never going to have a situation where files are open and the system goes out. This is a great feature I haven't seen in any other NAS.”
Overall the N5810PRO performed admirably. Very fast, very flexible and is also very advanced. The built-in UPS is great especially if you are a small business that is worried about data integrity. I definitely recommend this box.
Thanks to MrThaiBox123 for the great video review.
