06/12/2014-At the end of an exciting week amidst an electric atmosphere, Thecus walked away from Computex 2014 with a sense of great success. On full display were the wide array of storage solutions offered by Thecus ranging from their 2-bay home NAS to their enterprise-level 16-bay storage devices.
Boasting some spectacular large business solutions in their profile, Thecus provided the public with demonstrations of High Availability, 10GbE solutions, and its high capacity Daisy Chaining feature, the latter reaching an astounding 3.8 petabyte capacity. These solutions are essential for empowering professionals in our high-tech society.
On the SOHO and SMB spectrums, Thecus presented units ranging from compact 2-bay units to the 10-bay powerhouse in their TopTower Series. For those at Computex who were in search of something new, Thecus was sure to not disappoint. Visitors were provided a glimpse of the new Applied Micro unit that will soon be joining the successful family of Thecus SOHO NAS devices, the N4310. With a continued focus on providing the best home/multimedia experience for SOHO NAS users, Thecus also provided demos of their advanced connectivity. These demonstrations included the N2560's HDMI capabilities and media streaming using the Thecus T-OnTheGo app and Apple TV.
